So at some concert to raise money for the victims of Hurricaine Katrina, Kanye West decided to be the typical arrogant black rapper that he is and say that dubya hates black people. It's not bushs f**!in fault the govenor of louisianna didnt declare it a national emergency till 4 days later. and if bush didnt care then whyd he sign over 10.5 billion to go towards rebuilding?
